“For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” — Galatians 3:26-27
All believers in Christ Jesus become children of God through their faith, not by birthright or works alone. Baptism symbolizes being united with Christ, putting on His character and identity like a garment. Through faith and baptism, believers are fully embraced into God’s family.
As followers of Christ, our identity is found in Him. Being “clothed” with Christ means striving to reflect His character—His love, humility, and righteousness. It also reminds us that in the Creator’s eyes, we are His children, equal in His love and grace, regardless of background or status. Our faith should be evident in how we live, showing that we truly belong to Him.
