The Believers Standard Bible is a modern English translation of the Bible. It is based on the World English Bible, a revision of the American Standard Version (first published in 1901) with some additional revisions according to the Septuagint and the Aramaic Peshitta.
The translation uses the Name “Jehovah” when it appears in the Hebrew and Aramaic texts, including New Testament verses from the Aramaic Peshitta. The BSB is a public domain project of Our Daily Bible Christian Ministries and is currently not available in print but you can download it below.
